Professional Goals to Follow!

1.   Exercise 3-6x/week.

2.   Get teaching work done in 55 hours/week or less.

3.   Substitute processed foods and sugars with veggies & lean protein.

4.   Use caffeine 1x/day or less.

5.   Use debt snowball system.

6.   Get a tiny home.
